Yes. Every At The Event project is custom designed around the occasion, the space, and the experience you want to create.
We don’t work from preset décor packages. The design, details, and production needs are developed specifically for your event.

Depending on the scope of your event, our services may include creative direction, design development, mood boards and mockups, sourcing, tablescapes, florals, furnishings, backdrops, lighting, signage, vendor coordination, transportation, installation, styling, and breakdown.
Every project is custom scoped, so we’ll determine what makes sense for your specific event.

Our specialty is event design and production, but full-service planning is available for an additional rate.
Our design and production services focus on creating the visual environment and managing the production needed to bring it to completion. For clients who would like support beyond this, we can provide full-service planning and coordination, including vendor management, timeline development, and event-day coordination.
Full-service planning is quoted separately based on the scope and needs of your event.

Our starting investments are:
Event Design + Production — Starting at $4,500 Tablescape Design — Starting at $2,500 Backdrops + Installations — Starting at $2,000

Absolutely. If you have a specific budget in mind, we’re happy to design with your priorities in mind and help determine where your budget can make the greatest impact.
Our starting investments are firm minimums and represent the minimum level at which we take on each type of project. From there, the final cost will vary based on what you’re looking to create, the size of the event, and the elements involved.

-
Yes. Our Event Design + Production services can include transportation, installation, styling, and breakdown.
The exact production scope is determined based on your venue, event timeline, design, and overall needs.

No worries! Venue access and timing restrictions are part of our production planning process.
Share your venue’s requirements with us during the inquiry process so we can account for setup windows, breakdown times, loading access, and other restrictions when developing your proposal.
-
Start by submitting an inquiry through the form that best fits what you’re looking to create. If you’re unsure which inquiry to choose, our Full Event Inquiry is the best place to start.
Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll review your event details, date, location, and overall vision before reaching out with next steps.
-
That’s okay!. If you’re planning a full event or aren’t sure which service best fits your needs, use the Full Event Inquiry.
We’ll review what you’re envisioning and help determine the best way for us to work together.
-
Once you submit your inquiry, we’ll review the details you’ve shared, including your event date, location, vision, and anticipated investment.
You will then receive an email with a link to schedule a short consultation with our team. This gives us an opportunity to learn more about what you’re envisioning, gather any additional details we may need, and talk through how we can bring your event to life.
If your date is available and the project appears to be a potential fit, we’ll use that conversation to determine the best way to move forward. From there, we’ll develop a custom mock up and proposal based on what we’ve discussed.
-
Once we’ve agreed on the scope and you’ve received your proposal, a $250 non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date.
The retainer is applied toward your final event balance and allows us to officially reserve your date and begin the work associated with your project.
-
We accept Zelle, Apple Pay, credit cards, debit cards, ACH bank transfers.
Payment terms and the payment schedule for your specific event will be outlined in your proposal and contract.
-
We recommend reaching out as early as possible, particularly for larger celebrations, corporate events, custom installations, and events requiring extensive sourcing.
For most projects, 8–12 weeks of lead time is ideal, but shorter timelines may be possible depending on our availability and the scope of your event.
-
Sometimes! If your event is approaching quickly, reach out and we’ll let you know what’s possible based on our availability and the scope of the project.
Additional rush fees may apply when an expedited timeline requires accelerated sourcing, design, or production.
-
Our standard production scope includes completing setup and styling before your event begins and returning afterward for breakdown when applicable.
On-site event management throughout the event is not included unless specifically contracted as part of your event.
